Issue: The handset displays “Line Forbidden” and cannot make or receive calls.

Solution:

 

  • Verify that the handset is correctly registered to the base station.
  • Ensure that the SIP account is properly configured and active.
  • Check network connectivity to confirm the base station has internet access.
  • If the issue persists, consider re-registering the handset or performing a factory reset on the base station.
