Firstly, log into the Cloud Management PBX Portal (https://voip.giant.net.uk)
This guide assumes that you are already logged into the PBX Portal and have selected the correct tenant (if you are a multi-tenant/reseller user). It also assumes that you have more than 1 DDI/Number purchased. Visit https://portal.giant.net.uk to purchase new numbers.
Then, navigate to Configuration -> Extensions/Users
Select the extension that you wish to change the Outbound Presentation for.
Scroll down to the 'Outbound Calls' section of the Extension Page, and then you can pick a number from the 'Number for Outbound Presentation' drop-down. You can also select 'Block External Caller ID' for all your outbound calls from this extension to become withheld (Unknown Caller).
Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'. These changes are effective immediately.
