Zerotouch allows our customers and resellers to deploy, program and sync their VoIP hardware directly from the Giant portal.
Use cases:
- Resellers can use this to allow them to avoid holding telephony hardware on premises to be manually provisioned etc before shipping out to their end-customer. It's a simple case of allocating the handset via use of it's MAC Address within the Giant VoIP portal, this is then set up in the cloud for automatic hardware programming, the first time the handset is plugged in and powered online.
